Paramshree infotech services Ltd is a newly formed company and the Directors of this company are professional Bankers Mr. K. Parameswaran and Mr. R. Sairam with a rich background in the area of training, technology and consultancy.

We have plans to address various intricate subjects in the financial sector area combining our knowledge with technology.

This product ‘instantLC++’ is the outcome of Mr. Parameswaran’s practical exposure to this area of Letter of Credit combined with the inputs/quires raised by the participants in the numerous training programs conducted by him in this area in India and aboard.

Mr. K Parameswaran, the content provider for instantLC++ started his career as a banker and has an experience of over 30 years in this field. He has been practicing as a Consultant in the field of International Trade and Foreign Exchange. He has conducted in-house programmes on Letters of Credit and Trade Finance for Corporates like ABB Ltd, ATE Marketing, BASF (India), Blue Star Ltd, Essar Steels, Essel Packaging Ltd, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, ICI Ltd, Dun and Bradstreet, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, JK Papers, L & T, Mahindra Intertrade, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd, Reliance Energy, Sterlite Optical Technologies Ltd, Tata Internationals, Technova Ltd and Zenith Ltd. He has also conducted programmes on Letter of Credit transactions on behalf of International Chamber of Commerce – India chapter at Jaipur, Hyderabad and Chennai.

Other organizations with which he is professionally connected are Bankers Training College of Reserve Bank of India, BNP, Confederation of Indian Industry (Centre of Excellence), Deutsche Bank, Development Bank of Singapore (DBS), ECGC Ltd, FEDAI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, International Chamber of Commerce - India (Panel Member), IDBI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and World Trade Centre. He is an associate Professor at the S.P.Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and handles International Finance for their Singapore, Dubai Centers as well.

He has organized more than 300 programmes on Letters of Credit and Trade Finance in various centers. Presently, he is a Consultant for leading corporate houses.

R. Sairam Director

Mr. Sairam, was the founder chairman of a Banking software company, which had provided unique banking solutions to various Public Sector, Private Sector and Foreign Banks in India. He was Consultant with TCS for implementing, supporting and developing Banking Software. He has excellent exposure to identifying solutions to Bankers’ requirements through I.T, Client management and Project Management.

He has started his career in manufacturing sector as Management Trainee and thereafter he has gained 18 Years of experience in the management cadre in three major banks with exposure to commercial Banking, Training, H.R.D., Corporate Planning & Information Technology.
He had done his masters in Management and he is professionally qualified in the area of IT, Banking and Law.

He has authored a book on ‘Manpower Planning in Banks’, which is used by many Banks, as reference guide in this area. He delivers lectures in many areas of banking and management in various baking training institutes including that of Bankers training college. While with Dena Bank he has prepared the approach Paper for World Bank‘s Financial Assistance for development of Technology and Human Resources in the Bank.
