- How would I know that Paramshree Infotech Services (P) Ltd has received my offline or online payment
In case of offline order (only for Indian customers), we will immediately send an email acknowledgement of your order. Thereafter, as soon as we get the payment confirmation, we will send an email confirmation of the payment. All these mails would be sent in the email id provided by you in the order form. In case of online payments, we use a third party payment gateway ‘shareit’. You will automatically be notified by the payment gateway once the payment is made.
- What are the types of payments allowed?
We offer many payment modes for allowing easy purchase of InstantLC.

Offline Payments is available for Indian customers only. Indian customers can contact us by telephone or email or fax and we shall send you an order form, which you can mail/fax to us along with your payment and we shall courier you a CD of the software within 2 days of the receipt of the payment. (Please note that the payments can be made in rupee also). We will guide you appropriately by telephone or email in case of any problems. For viewing our contact details,
- Can the instantLC product be downloaded directly after payment?
Yes. ‘instantLC’ can be downloaded directly after payment. Once you make the online payment, you will be sent a mail containing your payment details and also the download link for the software. If you do not find the link in the email, please

- Can the InstantLC CD be put to use immediately on installation?
No. To protect the interest of our company the software requires a key. On
installation this software would generate a request file for key. This file is to be mailed to the email id . Within 3 working days the key would be mailed back to you. Using this key you can authenticate the software and use it without any issues. Please click the following link to download the .
- Can this CD be copied in multiple locations or used in LAN or WAN?
The License for each CD of instantLC is for single user in the system. It cannot be copied in LANs or WANs. The software will only work on a single system.
- What are the minimum system requirements for running this software?
- Microsoft Windows 98 or later with
- Microsoft internet Explorer 5.01 or later installed on your computer,
- 90 MHz or faster processor;
- 64 MB RAM or more;
- 50 MB of available hard disk space.
- I have a different Operating system/browser/hardware environment than what is specified for running the instantLC software. Since I am interested in this software, how do I go about it?
Please send a mail to specifying the environment in your system. After testing this software in such environment, we will revert back to you.
- Is intantLC is available in any other language other than English?
At present it is not available in any other language other than English.
- I have changed my system and now I am unable to use the instant LC software. Can you help me out?
Please send us a mail in the email id giving the reasons for shifting the software from one computer to another. We shall consider the same on the merits, after considering the history of such changes.
- My system has crashed and I have restored it. Now I am unable to use the instant LC software. Can you help me out?
